Appliance Repair Pricing
We use the industry standard flat rate pricing, so there will not be any surprises once the work is complete. We charge a $75 diagnostic fee that is credited to the final cost of the repair. We come to your home and diagnose the issue with your failed appliance. The technician will explain the cause of the failure; give you the price to correct the failure and his recommendation for either repair or replacement using our criteria. If the technician deems the appliance repairable, they will perform and verify the necessary repairs. If it is determined that the appliance should be replaced, we can recommend several local dealers that offer competitive pricing on a wide variety of appliances.
No Hassle Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 60 days and any part installed for 60 days. If your appliance fails again within the 60 days, we will come out and diagnose the problem free of charge. If it is a continuation from the previous repair or an issue that was not identified during the previous repair, you only pay for the needed parts. If the present failure warrants appliance replacement, we will refund your original repair cost minus the $75 service fee.
